We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on coin packs. If you're not happy with a purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are handled by our payment provider, Paddle. Visit paddle.net, look up your order with the email you used, and request a refund. You can also reply to your order receipt email.

Once a refund is issued, the coins from that pack may be removed from your account.
