Terms of Service

Ijele ("the game") is provided by Pida Technologies Limited ("we", "us"). When you play the game or buy coins, you are entering into an agreement with Pida Technologies Limited.

Agreeing to these terms

By using the game you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf.

The game and coins

Ijele is a story-driven platformer. Coins can be earned by playing or bought in packs. Coins can only be used inside the game (for example to continue after losing all hearts). They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, traded or redeemed for money.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your information accurate.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the game for anything unlawful, fraudulent or abusive, including spam.
• Do not infringe anyone's intellectual property.
• Do not interfere with the game's security: no malware, probing, scraping, cheating the leaderboard or reverse engineering.

Ownership

Pida Technologies Limited owns the game, its software, artwork, music, story text and branding. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to play it. You may not resell or redistribute it.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and refund terms are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.

Service availability

We work to keep the game running well, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the game is provided "as is" without implied warranties.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, non-payment, or a security or fraud risk. If your account is closed, your account data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will show the new date above. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
